How it works
One song in, one clean song out.
Four steps. The part that needs you is reading a lyric sheet, and you already know how to do that.
Step 1: Upload the song
MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, FLAC, up to 10 minutes. A file you own or have the rights to use.
Step 2: Pick a level
Radio, Clean, or Family. It decides which words start out flagged.
Step 3: Read the lyric sheet
Flagged words are in red. Tap to flag or unflag. Nudge the timing if a word bleeds. Preview instantly.
Step 4: Export
MP3, WAV, M4A. Same length and tempo as the original, ready for your speaker or playlist.
Voice and beat, separated.
After you upload, CleanBeatz separates the vocal from the instrumental. When a word is removed, only the vocal track changes. The instrumental plays straight through, so the song keeps its length, its tempo, and its energy.

- Red means silenced. Every flagged word is red and struck through. Nothing else on the page uses red.
- Tap to change your mind. Tap a red word to keep it. Tap any other word to flag it.
- Nudge the timing. If the start of a word still sneaks through, move the edge earlier or later.

- The voice drops out for the word. The beat keeps going. This is the default.
- Bleep
- A tone plays over the word, like broadcast TV.
- Reverse
- The word plays backwards, the classic radio-edit sound.

Questions
How does it know which words to flag?
It transcribes the vocal with word-level timing, then checks each word and phrase against the level you picked. That gives you a lyric sheet with the likely problems already marked.
Is the automatic flagging always right?
No. Slang, mumbled lines, and double meanings trip it up in both directions. The lyric sheet exists so you can catch what it missed and keep what it didn't need to take.
What if a muted word still leaks through?
Nudge the start or end of that word earlier or later and preview it again. Changes play back instantly.
Can I paste a YouTube or Spotify link?
No. CleanBeatz only works with files you upload. It doesn't download from streaming services or any URL.
