Delete your CleanBeatz account

This applies to CleanBeatz on Android and on the web, run by Serious Business Software LLC. It is one account in both places.

In the Android app

1. Open CleanBeatz and tap Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

In the web app

1. Sign in at app.cleanbeatz.com and open Account.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account before acting on it.

What is deleted

Your account, sessions, linked sign-in records, songs and their audio, edits, and feedback.

What is kept

Some transaction identifiers, support-credit records, and billing or security records remain for reconciliation and abuse prevention, and daily statistics remain with no link to you. Records held by providers follow their own schedules. The privacy policy has the details.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account asks us to cancel a web subscription. A Google Play subscription is billed by Google, so also cancel it in Google Play.
